She has successfully led communication and facilitation projects highlighting her skills in:
- Facilitation of strategic planning/refresh efforts, action planning, employee/customer information sessions and gaining an insider’s view of internal and external perceptions.
- Strategic communications counsel, planning and implementation for major technological change efforts and politically sensitive issues.
- Internal communications which built upon current corporate culture and provided the means to positively impact that culture, particularly in changing circumstances.
Lisa is a Certified Coach Practitioner and has trained with the Masterful Facilitation Institute and the Centre for Right Relationship. She is a past instructor for Mount Royal University’s Public Relations Certificate Program, and achieved the designation of APR (accredited, public relations) from the Canadian Public Relations Society in 1994. Lisa received her diploma in Public Relations from Mount Royal College and graduated as valedictorian in 1988.
